The Northern Peninsula is a progressive rural, friendly, and attractive region for families, youth , seniors , and those of all ages who love a rural lifestyle with convenient local amenities and easy access to larger centres.

Although some of our communities may not have all services available, you can be certain that all services are available within the sub-region and just a few kilomertres away.

We offer home prices that are very affordable. You will find modern health facilities and services through a combination of regional and community level healthcare and a provincial public education system that provides a wide range of facilities for secondary and post secondary training.
